I really appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism of Rizzoli's Automotive. However, the best part was that Kyle Rizzoli took the time to patiently explain EVERYTHING that was being done to my car. He didn't treat me like a stupid "girl" who couldn't possibly understand an internal combustion engine. I have found my mechanic!

an unpleasant maintenance experience with a local dealer, I vowed to find another place for my Subaru. I saw Rizzoli's ad on TV and after reading several reviews, I decided to check them out. The staff I dealt with (Patrick and Doris and the young man who drove me home and back) were very friendly and professional. For the first time ever, I was given a printed sheet showing all 60 steps that would be checked. Best of all, I was given an initial estimate for only the parts that Patrick knew would be changed; he told me after they completed the check, they would call me to give me specific information about what was needed with a firm estimate of total costs.. Not only did he do that, he offered to let me know which items could be delayed with no harm if I needed to break up the cost of the service. The final computerized invoice was very detailed and the final cost was less than the estimate. Their AAA discount is an added plus! When I picked up my newly washed car and drove home, the car was humming and I was grinning. Love the local service - I was treated as though they've known me forever - and this was my first, but definitely not the last visit.'

Rizzoli's staff are friendly, professional and trustworthy. They explain exactly what is going on with your vehicle and make recommendations....and the recommendation is not always to make a repair immediately. They are priced fairly and they always give my car back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. They are great!
