I was not happy with the fact that my son's appointment was at 4pm. He arrived at the office around 3:15pm and was not seen until 4:35pm. I'm hoping it doesn't happen again. If it does, then we will be looking for a new dentist.
Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry - Benson replied:
We apogize that you had such a long wait time. I can assure you our normal wait time is never that long. However, in addition to a busy summer schedule, we occassionally get emergency patients that need to be worked in, and this can also cause our schedule to run behind. In the future, it may be best to arrive 5-10 min before your schedules appointment time as opposed to 45 min early. Although we are happy to see our patients arrive early rather than late, we cannot always guarantee that the patient can be seen early. It would depend on how our schedule is running. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Very good group. Easy on the patient and I feel well cared for there.
I am someone that has suffered all my life with anxiety and fear of going to the dentist. I have no been to Riccobene office in Benson 3 times and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. I have not been dreading going to the dentist now in advance of my upcoming appointments. The front desk staff is so welcoming, and I could not have asked for better Hygienist ! Thank y'all so much :)
