Took my 8yo son Rentz for a filling. Honestly, i was very worried he'd come out in tears from the procedure. The dentist came out after the procedure to update me followed by my son with a smile and holding a plastic octopus. Needless to say, I was impressed that they got him through it with all smiles.

I went in for a routine cleaning and was very disappointed. The hygienists only cleaned hlf of my teeth and only flossed the bottom. When the dentist came to examine he only looked at my teeth. He did not check for cavities! I know from a previous dentist (lost dental insurance before I could get fillings) that I have 2 cavities but he insisted that there were none. I will not go back and will not give a good review to friends and family.

Dr Rentz's staff was both courteous and efficient. I appreciate the fact that they worked me in to get my broken filling replaced.

Looking for bad customer service then this is definitely the place to go. Very sorry to say that I have attempted to work with these folks on two different occasions and neither time ended successfully. My first time was in the Fall of 2015 when I had arranged for someone from their team to come to my location and measure up a boat for new seat cushions. We exchanged several emails and finally arrived at a date that would work for both parties. Unfortunately, nobody ever showed up or even contacted me after the fact. I subsequently sent them an email expressing my disappointment to which they did respond and apologized profusely for the confusion and said there had been a mix up in the office due to a personal emergency. Being the kind of person that knows honest mistakes can be made, I elected to give them a 2nd chance when I returned to the boat in May of this year. We exchanged emails, a couple of phone calls, made arrangements for some of their team to come to the boat and take measurements so that a quote could be provided. Needless to say I was happy when two guys actually did show up and take all of the measurements as I then assumed everything was back on track. Big Mistake. Prior to leaving the boat, the two guys stated that they would take the information back to their office and I would have a quote back within a few days. Well it has now been 30 days and not only has no one provided me with a quote but no one has even bothered to send an email apologizing or explaining why. Seeing as how I work in the Customer Service industry I have a fairly good idea of what good or bad service is about and since I always try and support local businesses, I am very, very disappointed that these folks fall into the do not recommend category.
