I regularly visit pyure to buy products. I was there yesterday and, as is usual, the clerks did not have time to greet me or hardly look at me. they steadily conversed with each other while ringing up my purchases. one did look at me to say I would have to wait until her computer was "back up."
a little customer training would make a visit so very much more pleasant. they could all learn so much from Karen, who has a natural gift for making people glad they came to pyure.
the last two times I was there I received a "receipt" for the total amount of my purchases. An itemized list would be so welcome. Would I be "allowed" to have one if I asked politely?
