appt. went fine intill end. 1., was asked to pay inadvance for a 2 hour dental cleaning 6 weeks away, and also , for the 2nd time, asked to speak to the person in charge of finance and billing, to talk about the over 10k of work I have schedule within the next year, and still no phone, 2 days later. Very upset by this. If the Dentist is doing my work, and is part of of PUtnam Dental, why cant he make decisions and negotiate with his patients when it comes to large work being done and price. Starting to feel like Putnam Dental is only company and money driven, and not customer driven. I will be rethinking continuing with such a unbendable company.
On a side note, this has no reflection on your employees, they are all very polite, and helpfull, but can tell they have there hands tied as well as the Dentist when it comes to prices and such. Who actually is in charge there???????????

To clarify, the patient is referring not to a general dental cleaning, but a discounted periodontal treatment scheduled during a limited time promotion. Also, the patient had in fact talked to the person in charge of finance and billing but was not satisfied with the answers provided. Finally, the whole team at Putnam Dental Associates takes pride in always striving for the utmost patient service, providing an outstanding dental experience and creating happy patients.

As always my experience was great, not stressfull at all. I am greeted by all with smiles and hello. When I enter to treatment room I am totally relaxed. I just lean back listen to my Ipod and let Toni to her work. In between we have a couple laughts. Thanks Toni for your gentle way.
