appt. went fine intill end. 1., was asked to pay inadvance for a 2 hour dental cleaning 6 weeks away, and also , for the 2nd time, asked to speak to the person in charge of finance and billing, to talk about the over 10k of work I have schedule within the next year, and still no phone, 2 days later. Very upset by this. If the Dentist is doing my work, and is part of of PUtnam Dental, why cant he make decisions and negotiate with his patients when it comes to large work being done and price. Starting to feel like Putnam Dental is only company and money driven, and not customer driven. I will be rethinking continuing with such a unbendable company.
On a side note, this has no reflection on your employees, they are all very polite, and helpfull, but can tell they have there hands tied as well as the Dentist when it comes to prices and such. Who actually is in charge there???????????
