I dont think they have a genuine concern for their patients. I feel they are more interested in selling services and treatments not covered by your insurance. When I had a discrepancy in coverage they told me to contact my insurance company even though I had a print out of my benefits with me. I think they should have since they had the question. My insurance pays 80% of silver fillings, I was told that they dont do them twice, a doctor said he hasnt done one since dental school and I ended up paying $150 per filling with insurance. I feel they took advantage of my daughter who is a young adult and not aware of the whole insurance process. I felt like I was buying a used car. Even their New Patient info form is laden with are you happy with your smile, color of teeth, etc. My daughter said her fillings felt ruff.
