New glasses came back completely unusable. Had to be redone at once. After using the new makes for a while I still dont think the initial evaluation is correct.

Will have another eye exam done and compare the perscriptions.

Front office girl very unfriendly and unproffesional.

Before you sign any papers be sure you read all the fine prints.

I thought the over all experience was good. The receptionist were very kind and helpful, they assisted me with picking my glasses without being pushy. I felt like the doctor could have gone into more details about how my exam went and share more information on the care of my eyes. I felt like he was too rushed and didn't answer all my questions or concerns.

I had testing done on my eyes and Dr. Anderson called the next day to provide information as to the results of the tests. This wa very important to me because knowing thqt information, my mind was put at ease. His follow-up was done professionally and satisfied my concerns.
