In Aug 2015 I went to 2 places to get my a/c fixed and spent over 2000.00 and not fixed. Here at Precision they keeped me well informed and fixed my problem . 10/19 took my car in to get window fixed and within a few hours I got the call on the problem and It was fixed by noon and ready for pick up. They are so polite and caring. They were asking me questions on how my A/C is and making sure Im still happy with it. I will only take my 3 vehicals to them from now on. Thanks Precision for taking great care of my needs with my cars.

The front desk was courteous and efficient. The service staff was professional and quick and did not try to sell me any additional parts or labor.

I'm always impressed with I'm how they only do the job on the quote, most place are always pushing for extra items. If there are items not needed they tell why it's not necessary and pull off the invoice.

The Invoices always has things you should keep an eye on, but not needed right now, so you can be ready for the next service.

Trust is hard to earn and keep Precision Auto has mine.

I went in for a root canal on a tooth that has been problematic for months. It took me so long because I have an extreme phobia of the dentist. The staff at EADG was made aware of this several times. I made an apt for the procedure 3 weeks prior to the apt. I arrived and was brought back immediately...good sign. Then I spoke to the dr who said she would "be right back", and then I sat in that room alone for over an hour. For someone who has extreme phobia, this is the kiss of death. Not to mention my one year old daughter was in the waiting room with my mother. After the 2 hour procedure was completed I went to the waiting room, and talked to my mother who told me, after I was taken back a WALK IN came in and was taken back immediately and got her root canal before me!! I am so mad about how poorly I was treated. Not a sorry or anything. I was there for over 3 hours. I will never go back, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Also, I'm 3 days post root canal and am in more pain than I started out in. I called and was referred to an aid and got zero help. Never again.
