I called and asked for an appointment and for someone to call me back with costs. After 3 times we found another place to take the it. Something has changed over at Pioneer. We used to love it and sent friends. The last couple times have been horrible. No call backs takes twice as long.

I like the staff at Pioneer Auto. They are up front, honest, and the prices are very competitive. They aren't trying to up sell or add additional unnecessary work to your bill. Glad I found them. They perform work on two of my vehicles and I will continue to bring them for service.

As always, the service at Pioneer was excellent. The mechanics know what they are doing and do not charge you for anything you don't need. If something comes up that needs attention (both are cars are 10+ years old, 140,000 & 230,000 mileage) they let us know. I really believe their attention to our cars has made them last as long as they have. They have often taken care of little things when I drop in and not even charge us. I appreciate the professionalism of the entire staff. We have been going to them for 15 years.

For many years, I took my Chevrolet Camaro SS to the dealer where I purchased the car for service. Then with the economy, my dealership closed. I was devastated . Reluctantly, I forced myself to Pioneer Auto Service. I am so pleased with the service. The ease of making an appointment on line and the care that was given to my vehicle has been very important to me. So far, I feel very confident with all of their work. I am already recommending this service center to my friends.

It is raining - got business meetings scheduled to go to. Getting gas, filled up ready to go.

Click - the battery is dead.

Called the shop - help.

The steps taken after that got me back on the road within about an hour. New battery in place and a big sense of relief.

A heart felt Thank You to the owner Bob and staff.

I have an old car, still in good shape with low mileage, but not something I want to spent a lot of money on for cosmetic purposes. I had a minor front-end accident that snapped several of the moorings for a headlight, and put a dent in the hood. They told me I could bring the car right over for an estimate. It was a little difficult for them to see what was wrong because I had taped the parts together and they didn't want to upset this temporary fix. But they figured out what was needed. Pioneer researched and found that the whole headlight assembly had to be replaced as one unit and found an off-brand that saved me $75. They also ordered another small replacement part in case it was needed. The fact that they had the second part on hand saved me from going back a second time. They fixed the headlight and worked on the dent so that it looked much better (there was a limit to what they could do without cracking the paint). They charged me for one hour's labor..even though I think it ultimately took them a bit longer.

I take all my vehicle's to Pioneer. Have for years now. They always do the best work and if there is a problem stand by there warranty. I trust there judgement on what needs to be done and have never been burned.
