Somewhat frustrated paid for hi-lights and low-lights but the second color wasn't used at all. She never touched the bowl. I was still charged. The blonde hi-lights processed beautifully and evenly in the back. The sides and the front either barely processed and was only some small random streaks and one thick one at the front part. Keep it pulled back u til i can find time to get it touched up.

Appointment was at 9:30 and had been scheduled for 2 weeks. Was taken back at 10:00 and did later found out that I was originally not even scheduled with the stylist that did my hair. Took til 4:15 til foil/color and cut. The instructor cut my hair since it had already been a long day. There was a foil issue and I do have a halo affect underside of my hair. The salon did offer for me to come back to fix. The mistake cannot be seen with my hair down so I will not be returning to sit for the time to have it fixed. By the time the color was finally left on for its 30 minutes my first foil have been placed around 4 hours and my head did start burning while we were waiting on the color. They did wash it off very quickly. I expected for the day to be a 5 hour day but not to be there for 7.

Special is truly SPECIAL! I have been coming to Paul Mitchell for over two years and have never had a really bad experience. On the whole, they have been very good. But Special did in half the time the best color/cut yet. Very happy!!

Usually, students is running close to time or within 5-10 mins of time. It was around 45-50 mins before I got into the chair. The student was taking pictures of her former client, talking and didn't seem to be in any hurry. When I first checked in, they told me she was finishing up with her client. At 35 minutes, the front desk woman asked me if I was waiting and checked, returned and stated the student was still finishing up, However, she did a pretty good job once she did my color and style. I know things happen and people get behind, but almost an hour is a long time.
