The lady that did my hair was phenomenal. My hair looked and felt great. She was very kind and considerate.

The front staff could have some fine tuning, they never have a sense of urgency about the customers and reassuring they are seen in a timely fashion. I always schedule an appointment and I never get back on time. Im very patient but I never think waiting 30-45 min every time I come in is unreasonable.

All students should be reminded to act professional at all times because thats who they are and to be prompt and efficient. This is essential to building good quality clientele and reputation for a thriving business.

It was horrible the girl that did my hair didn't even speak to me, it took well over 3hours just took her time like I had nothing to do all day and once I said this was craY for taking so long then she started to actually work. Normally when it's a phase one they always have two people to help get it done and this time was just horrible all together

My first experience was a total fail. The stylist was nice, but, even though she will be graduating soon, did not do a good job on my hair. I was embarrassed to be seen in public afterward. She not only messed up my hair, but my face was covered in splotches from the dye. However, the school will fix mistakes done by the students for only the cost of the product (though they still do charge you full price for the botched 1st attempt). The second stylist was infinitely better. She was able to correct the mistakes, but told me that she had no idea why the first stylist would have made the decisions that were made during the first attempt. At the end of it all, I spent about $80 and 5-6 hours at the salon for a simple all over color. If I had gotten the second stylist, I would have no problem giving a glowing recommendation. However, please be aware that you are taking a risk when you get your hair done at Paul Mitchell the School. These are students and you get what you pay for.
