My experience was awful I had to spend more than 5 hours at the school for a level 1 student to finish my hair and the teacher never came to check on him the only times the teacher came was because he has to go and look for her to ask her something and she never guide him on what to do or correct him even knowing that he was doing a bad job with my hair, it was clear that the poor guy didn't know anything. they messed up my hair the teacher shows up at the end after over 5 hours and after she sees the disaster on my hair she didn't even say anything...the teachers suck they just let the students roaming around ,I had to guide the student who was doing my hair, the quality of education that students are receiving is really poor. It's a shame that people like that is working for a school that is supossed to help this guys to become professionals

Teachers don't check on students this was my first and last time there they allow a 1 level student to do my color and high lights even knowing that the student did not have a clue at how to do it I ended up sitting there for 5 hours then a night student has to finish the job and in top of that I got charge $93.00 for a disaster in my hair I now look lile a cheetah....thanks to Paul Mitchell teachers for sucking at your job!!!!

Phase one that done was hair has no clue how to color hair.Went in for root touch up,she did not listen to what i wanted at all instead followed formula that was on computer from 2 years ago.I told her formula was wrong.She didnt seem to care.Lesson learned I will never return to Paul Mitchell School.

First, I've never gotten a bad haircut from the students at Paul Mitchell.

Second, on a less positive note, they take THIRTY minutes to dry my hair. It takes me less than ten at home.

Third, I decided that even though their slow moving pace is annoying, I'd get my hair colored here. I have very light blonde hair that is super straight. I figured that should make it easy to apply color. Well, after being there for an hour and forty five minutes, they begin to dry my newly colored hair, and it had a green hue! They told me they could apply more color to try to fix it, but because I didn't want to waste my entire day there, I decided to give up. They assured me the green would wash away but I still had to walk out of there with my hair looking awful.

So, if you're just getting a cut and have lots of time, go. If you want a color, don't!

(Ps, I also got my hair curled for an event here once and it completely fell out because the girl didn't listen when I told her how very straight my hair is and that she'd have to do something different then usual.)
