My stylist was awesome! I was charged an additional $4.50 for curls which I have never been charged before and was disappointed but not as disappointed as the curls didn't last two hours after I left.

I have had excellent service, great prices, friendly students and employees. Also the products are wonderful. Hair coloring is very conditioned and does not fade.

I have red hair and I wanted it lighter. It's so dark it doesn't even look red. It looks purple & I wanted strawberry blonde. I never complain, but I hate this color. It's way too dark. Nothing like what I asked for.

I was very disappointed with my experience yesterday. I don't blame the student I blame the instructors for leaving her in an uncomfortable place not knowing how to care for African American hair. When making my appointment and upon arrival I informed them I wanted my hair washed and braided because I am currently wearing a wig. she had no experience in braiding and had to go and find another student who would be willing to braid my hair after she completed the wash. while I sat for 20 min after she poorly blew my hair dry pulling with a brush and heating up my ear. I watched as an instructor along with 3 students worked on a another client that was receiving a color job. but no one came to offer assistance to her with my hair seeing she was so unsure of what she was doing. I advise you to please do better in assigning clients to students that have some experience in African American hair or at least providing them so need assistance in making sure the client has a pleasant experience. Needless to say after my 20 min wait I took my own ticket to the counter paid and left.
