Jamesha was AMAZING and VERY FRIENDLY! She was smiling when she introduced herself to me, shook my hand and made me feel like I was the only person in the salon! She fully listened to me, as the client, which can be hard these days! I told her what I wanted and she did it! It looks amazing and I'm 110% satisfied! Thank you to Jamesha and her awesomeness!!!!!!

My only complaint would have to be not being able to add a tip at the time of receipt! I did have to leave to get cast-off biggie! It would be more convenient but I understand you may not be able to add that feature! :)

I had my first experience at Paul Mitchell school 8/26/14. I had booked an appointment over the phone for 2:30pm. When I got there they told me that they had messed up and booked me for someone who wasn't there and to come back at 5pm. So I said okay and went and did some shopping, came back at 4:45 just in case they could squeeze me in early. As I continued to wait I saw several people with later appointments than I did go before me. 5:45 rolled around I was about to get my purse and leave and they call me to back to the chair. The girl that did my hair was awesome and made the experience great but I didn't get out of there until 10:30pm.

The color & cut are ok but the protein conditioning w/heating device fried my hair. Will never recommend that treatment to anyone.

That doesn't usually occur with the conditioning treatment, but it definitely could have from the color or chemicals used during your service. The experience overall was wonderful, but I had some small problems. A specific learning leader kept coming by and was curt and borderline rude to both my stylist and myself. I also ended up with lightener on the collar of my purple shirt, leaving a bright pink splotch.

My stylist, Taylor, was amazing. She's graduating soon and I know she'll be able to take on the world. I am supremely happy with the service she gave me and have requested that she let me know where she ends up after graduation so I can follow her there to continue to receive the impeccable care she gives. She was flexible, understood what I wanted, and made sure I thought it was perfect before she was done.

This was our first visit to the school. We brought our grandson in for a haircut. Our visit to the school was good and we were pleased with his haircut. The stylist was very professional and extremely conscientious of the haircut she was giving Chase. My complaint would be that there was no seating provided for patrons (or patrons companion(s)) waiting to be taken back by the stylist, nor an offer extended to sit in a vacant chair (if available) near the stylist, especially if it is your child's cut. I have severe neuropathy (could be other similar issues) in my feet and calves and standing is painful. The pain increases as I stand and our visit to Paul Mitchell was long enough too cause extreme pain.

This limits any distractions from the students being able to learn. In your case though, we do allow parents to go back on the floor with their children. My experience was awful I had to spend more than 5 hours at the school for a level 1 student to finish my hair and the teacher never came to check on him the only times the teacher came was because he has to go and look for her to ask her something and she never guide him on what to do or correct him even knowing that he was doing a bad job with my hair, it was clear that the poor guy didn't know anything. they messed up my hair the teacher shows up at the end after over 5 hours and after she sees the disaster on my hair she didn't even say anything...the teachers suck they just let the students roaming around ,I had to guide the student who was doing my hair, the quality of education that students are receiving is really poor. It's a shame that people like that is working for a school that is supossed to help this guys to become professionals

They showed me about the options they offered. Well I went with the LLumar Ceramic tint. I can't stop talking about it and ProTint. They we're very professional and knew there product as did I from my research. I felt like they really appreciated my business. No pressure sales. When the job was done in the time they said it would be I was very delighted I had other commitments that day and was able make them. My Audi looked great so when I bought my wife her Jaguar I took it straight to ProTint she loves it. She also loved seeing her car on FaceBook they took a picture and posted it. Just bought a Cadillac LXR Roadster and I'm going back. From 1 to 10 Ten being the highest I give ProTint a 10+. Thank you for making my cars look great and the tint keeps them cool and protected. The LLmar Ceramic is worth every penny I paid I will never go back to regular tint. It's a great product and ProTint is a great company.
