Special is a true artist! I had my hair colored and she blew me away with her professionalism, her talent and her artistry. I have never had my hair look so stunningly gorgeous before! I will definitely be back with friends for sure!!!

I asked for a balayage. When I got there I had to wait 20mins before the student to sit me down. The student right away said she had to leave in two hours. She asked for help and she received no help. She rushed bleaching my hair. There was VISIBLE solid bleached areas where she didn't blend. She didn't leave the product in to process. I asked for her to not trim to much I wanted to keep my length (just and inch). She ended up cut 5 inches and a VERY uneven cut. (one side was longer then the other. She ends up leaving and I was stuck there with wet orange hair . Student named Matt had to dry my hair even though he had a customer. I'm very disappointed with their Licensed instructors too.

It was alright. My hair was pretty good, but my nails looked like something I could do at home.Sometimes I had to wait, but my make up was really good.

Hailey did a great job on my hair and was fantastic. But this was my third or fourth time that I have waited over 20 minutes to actually be placed with a student. If I have an appointment at 9:30 and I'm not even late it should be honored at 9:30 not 10:00 or later.
