Was very unhappy with my experience my hair was not done the way I told them to do it. As much as I paid my hair should have been done the way i ask for it to be done. Had to go somewhere else to have my hair fixed cost me twice as much. You should have fixed it for free

My haircut was great! The staff is wonderful! I made an appointment and didn't have to wait! The only thing that I would change is the product prices. For instance I bought $38 worth of forever blonde product shampoo/ conditioner, had you offered me the forever blonde spray at a discount I would have purchased that also. I like to feel like I'm getting a deal. If you have a repeated customer coming in ,if you offer them more breaks on prices for being a loyal customer you will see they will buy more product.. For instance the spray I think was $12 had you offered it to me at$ 9.00 ,because I had just bought the shampoo and conditioner I would not have thought twice I would have bought the spray right then and there. I'm not saying have that price all the time, just if somebody purchase something offer them another discounted product!

Jamesha was AMAZING and VERY FRIENDLY! She was smiling when she introduced herself to me, shook my hand and made me feel like I was the only person in the salon! She fully listened to me, as the client, which can be hard these days! I told her what I wanted and she did it! It looks amazing and I'm 110% satisfied! Thank you to Jamesha and her awesomeness!!!!!!

My only complaint would have to be not being able to add a tip at the time of receipt! I did have to leave to get cast-off biggie! It would be more convenient but I understand you may not be able to add that feature! :)

I had my first experience at Paul Mitchell school 8/26/14. I had booked an appointment over the phone for 2:30pm. When I got there they told me that they had messed up and booked me for someone who wasn't there and to come back at 5pm. So I said okay and went and did some shopping, came back at 4:45 just in case they could squeeze me in early. As I continued to wait I saw several people with later appointments than I did go before me. 5:45 rolled around I was about to get my purse and leave and they call me to back to the chair. The girl that did my hair was awesome and made the experience great but I didn't get out of there until 10:30pm.

The color & cut are ok but the protein conditioning w/heating device fried my hair. Will never recommend that treatment to anyone.

The experience overall was wonderful, but I had some small problems. A specific learning leader kept coming by and was curt and borderline rude to both my stylist and myself. I also ended up with lightener on the collar of my purple shirt, leaving a bright pink splotch.

My stylist, Taylor, was amazing. She's graduating soon and I know she'll be able to take on the world. I am supremely happy with the service she gave me and have requested that she let me know where she ends up after graduation so I can follow her there to continue to receive the impeccable care she gives. She was flexible, understood what I wanted, and made sure I thought it was perfect before she was done.
