Make sure you get all of your work preapproved by your insurance carrier. They will do work over and above standard reimbursement guidelines, then bill you for the difference. Happened three times to us last year and over $1000 in fees we had to pay. Not happy . Looking for new practice not managed by this dental practice group!

"Reimbursement guidelines" are those limits set by Insurance carriers and are set by the package of insurance purchased, not based on clinical guidelines or recommendations. Every insurance package is unique to every individual and in no way reflects the state of anyone's oral health or their individual treatment needs.
Insurance companies allow us to bill treatment for reimbursement on behalf of patients as a convenience for that patient only however there exists no business arrangement with any Carrier beyond that, and rightly so, as a patient's insurance coverage is private information between themselves and their insurance company.

As always, I was met with smiles, and getting my teeth cleaned by Kayla is always a good experience. She is very thorough and pleasant. I have never had a negative experience with the front desk, Dr. Clarke, or Kayla.
