The staff at Nudaya Pasadena does an excellent job at providing a great customer services experience. The girls are always very welcoming and do a great job of making me feel comfortable. I originally found out about Nudaya through groupon last year, I was a little hesitant because I was unfamiliar with them but ended up really liking it. I am definitely recommending Nudaya to my family and friends.

I would not recommend Nudaya Medspa to anyone. My wife purchased a laser treatment package for me as a birthday gift. The first time I went to everything seems to go well. However, I noticed that when I got home the piece of my skin (on my neck) was burned and it took several days to heal. When I went in for my second treatment, the technician conducted the laser treatment seemed to have rushed through it. I asked that they reduce laser setting to a lower level twice because I noticed smoke coming from my neck area as she used the laser. I did not notice the true extent of the damage until I got home. My neck was severely burned from the middle to the right side of my neck, the area of the skin where the laser made its initial contact rose due to swelling, and pus was oozing from an exposed area caused by the laser burn. I was embarrassed to be seen in public because the severity of the burns and it was in an area that could not be hidden.

I brought all of this to the technician on duty the following day and stated I was very upset about the service I received. When I asked to end treatment services and for a refund for the poor service I received, I was told that they have a no refund policy and that there was notice in the initial treatment documents that states there is a possibility of burning. *(I understand that there is a possibility that burns may occur, but not severe burns. I know that it is possible to receive this treatment without any burns because my wife has had this treatment before without any incidents. The technician even told me this was the first time this has happened in 3-4 years.) I asked to speak with doctor in charge and was told that he does not speak with the customers. The staff on duty stated that they would relay the message to him. I did not hear anything back from him or the Nudaya Medspa that day. I called the following day and was told that he was in the office. The technician stated that she would relay the message again but that he was busy. I did not receive a phone call from him or the Nudaya Medspa. I did not appreciate that this office severely burned my skin and did nothing to resolve the matter. Even worse, none of the doctors did not even acknowledge the problem or seemed to be the least bit concerned by it.

This was our first time taking a pet to Red Bluff Pet Resort. We were really happy with our experience and definitely will return for regular grooming. Everyone was very friendly.Our miniature schnauzer, Dixie had been kept outside before we got her and she was dirty and had large mats in her fur. They had to shave her because the mats were so bad. But they were great about communicating with me and letting me know exactly what they were going to do. Now she looks, feels and smells 100% better and is happily living indoors. I can't wait to take her back when her fur grows back in so that she can look like a schnauzer again.
