I don't know anyone who likes getting their teeth drilled, but if you have to do it; Dr. Swanson and his staff are the way to go. They peppered me with a comedy act that made me laugh more than any nitrous oxide (not that I didn't request that too.) It was the most enjoyable discomfort I've experienced, and highly recommend this practice.
