I wish it weren't such a pain to use this spa. Twice I have arranged massages for myself and other friends, only to have natural body switch the massage therapist I requested. As if that isn't bad enough, they don't let you know until someone else is taking you into the therapy room. The therapists requested are good at their craft. However, that fact quickly becomes moot when you cannot receive a service from the therapist you scheduled! This happened last fall when I had scheduled a couples massage for my boyfriend and I. I was told then, someone else had called out so they took it upon themselves to change up therapists. The new therapist pressed repeatedly on a part of my back I had explained there are bulging discs and cannot have a lot of pressure. I had back pain for over a week. I didn't make a big deal because we were there to relax. The receptionist just said sorry. Nothing else.
This visit, after going through painstaking conformation and reconfirmation, I was shocked that the same woops happened again! I made an appointment for a friend that couldn't travel far. Silly me, I thought calling and requesting the therapists, and receiving written email with the names of the therapists would guarantee correct results. I was wrong. I brought the issue up to front desk while checking out and she informed me the therapist I wanted for my friend was no longer with the spa. If I would have been informed of this, I could have made a decision, rather than natural body deciding that for me, exhibiting once agin very poor customer service.
After these incidents, along with a confirmation they sent me for a birthday massage ( that was a surprise and I wasn't supposed to get a conformation since that ruined the surprise,) it is too stressful to deal with a natural body especially when I am spending money for the opposite result.
