I have been a customer of NB since it opened and have enjoyed your evolution and wonderful array of services. But lately, with the change in leadership at the Morning side location, I am uncomfortable being in the spa. The new manager is cool, distant, fails to make eye contact, and doesn't smile or chat. The new employees follow her lead. Under Deb's leadership, it was a warm inviting place to be. And honestly, I've tried to give the new manager a chance: my comments reflect at least 4 visits. Please bring back warm customer service instead of the cool, indifferent service you can get at any Walmart.
