Extremely friendly staff and all people were very knowledgable about what was happening with my car specifically. They gave me a detailed printout of what needed to happen with my vehicle and how much each would cost. They also let me know exactly how urgent each repair was since I would be driving it across the country within the week. If I ever love in Seattle again, I will definitely be going back to Moss Alley.

I always feel I get good service at Moss Alley. However, I'm not sure I'm receiving very competitive pricing. I think the price tag is a little high sometimes, but then, I have an old vehicle so just about every "oil change" results in something a few hundred dollars more. Over the years I have thrown many hundreds of dollars their way, certainly getting into the thousands. I'm definitely their bread and butter customer. Because of that, I'd think they might try to discount services for me sometimes since they know as long as I own my present vehicle--almost a relic--I'll be cash in their pocket. In order to keep me from going somewhere else, maybe discount the labor cost or something...but I keep paying full price. This last visit I apparently authorized a brake inspection quote (I wasn't aware of the extra cost), for another $30. After that extra ding and the high quote, I've decided to have the brake work done at Midas instead, saving $200 off the same parts and labor as what Moss Alley quoted. That's a big difference. I'd recommend them for their service, but their pricing? Not so sure. Gotta stop the hemorrhaging at some point.
