The staff at the Hebron clinic was very nice and very friendly. The reason I am giving a low rating is for 2 reasons. 1:The office is so small and there was major privacy concerns. The Lobby was packed and the receptionist had to call to verify my insurance. Everyone in the lobby could hear her giving my Date of birth, full name and SS#. Also when we pick out our gasses everyone can see and hear everything. Reason # 2 The wait time. I had two appointments scheduled for 4:45. When we got there the place was packed! We waited in the lobby for almost an hour before we even seen the tech. Then after we got done with the tech we waited back in the lobby for the eye doctor. Then once we seen the eye doctor my son had to have is eyes dilated then we had to go back to the lobby. By time we got out of there it was almost 7:00pm. That was just way to long. Especially for a 5 year old.

Both Dr. Jen and Dr. Rob are wonderful. They are friendly and answer questions easily. There was no wait and the entire staff was friendly and helpful.
