I truly apologize for the late reply. First I must give “KUDOS” to Dr. Walker, her warmth and smile gives me comfort every time I visit with your establishment. She does whatever it takes to satisfy her customer; over and beyond the call of duty. The Staff at Mortenson Dental are very friendly and so hospitable; welcoming and providing new and current customers with quality customer service. The Dental Assistants are so supportive while the doctor is performing procedures. The only recommendation that I would suggest for the Dental Assistants is more training (e.g., temporary crowns, fillings, etc.). Not to take from their efforts, they too show up and show out by going over and beyond the call of duty. Mortenson Dental is and will continue to be my dentistry home while living in Louisville, Kentucky as native of St. Louis, Missouri. I salute you “Mortenson Dental”, HOOAH!!! I always get good service at Mortenson's. My family and I go here. Yesterday I was getting gums lazered and cleaning. The scraping on my teeth was a little rough, but I don't know if its because my teeth needed a lot of work. All in all the service was very good and the person working on my teeth was excellent company during a uncomfortable process.

I had a wonderful first experience, really enjoyed all the new information and updates compared to my old dentist. Caitlyn my hygienist was very informative and gave me information that I have never been told/explained to me before. Dr Walker was very sweet and informative as well. My dental experience was wonderful. The dentist and staff were phenomenal. They all had a positive attitude and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed which is a plus since going to the dentist has always been a little scarey. I would defineately recommend them to my friends and family
