The Dentist, Dr. Dygraff(spelling unsure of?), was amazing as always. The dental assistant, Shana(not sure of spelling either), was very rough. It is now Wednesday, the 3rd and I am still sore. I have never had a bad experience, but I would prefer to never have her as the assistant, please. She had a lot of difficulty filling a specific tooth, but did not ask for help. My teeth are still not touching on the opposite side, even after the dentist worked on them after her. I have an appt. on the 18th, PLEASE let me have a different assistant. I would highly recommend her receiving more training on being gentle, talking to the patient(she did not speak at all, which was very confusing.). She also hit my front teeth on several occasions, with different instruments, while entering my mouth, which was actually open and in a fixed position with a black wedge. I do not want her to know this was from me, but I do need you guys to know she was brutal. I have a lot to get worked on, over a long period of time, but I can not come back if I ever have to endure that roughness again(from the assistant, not the dentist).
