My daughter, Amanda had to come back to the office today, (June 4, 2014) because a temporary crown was trying to come off. This could have been avoided if the doctor had check her to make sure it was done correctly before she had left. She has felt something was wrong before we left but, was told that it was okay when it was not.
When we had gotten home so was freaking out because she was trying to loose it and it was a little discomforting that night trying to sleep. I know things happens, but it put a hardship on us trying to get her back to the office for the repair. We either have to ask someone to take us, Jesse has to miss work or he has to get off early. We can't afford for Jesse to miss work for a reason that could have been prevented.
We still think the world of Dr. Renslow and her staff and thank them very much for working a teenage girl in to ease her mind.
Sincerely, F. Lambert
We are so sorry for the inconvenience. We do use temporary glue to hold the temporary crowns on so that when we put the permanent crowns there is less discomfort for our patients! Thank you for letting us know about your experience, your feedback will help us improve our care to patients!
