Oscar was very professional. He took the time to explain exactly how he was going to cut my hair, and he did exactly what he said he would do. The color did not have an offensive odor, nor did it burn my scalp! He even gave me a hand massage while I was waiting for the color to process :)

My experience at the Downtown Mode Organic Salon was wonderful! Adam was my stylist, and he was very nice and personable, and gave me a great hair cut! I am so glad I found this salon, and will definitely continue to go for hair cuts!

Joe gave me a natural henna color treatment and a trim. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My color looks and feels great and I was very impressed he didn't cut my hair too short as I only wanted a small amount taken from the ends. I would recommend this salon highly.

Great service. Wonderful haircut

My haircut with Adam was really awful. He took several inches off my shoulder length hair without consulting me and created very, very short layers at the top of my head even after I told him I didn't want that. It's totally uneven, sloppy and too short to be be fixed. I didn't think he was particularly responsive when I told him I wasn't happy, and it seemed like his primary concern was getting me out of his chair before his boss noticed. It will take me two years to get my hair back to where it was.

Tara's attempt to fix my hair was really sweet. Although Adam left her with very little to work with, and it still looks awful, she was kind and caring and I truly appreciate her efforts.

I was a little nervous since I hadn't had an appointment for coloring with Oscar before, but he was fabulous. The color looks great and his attention and concern for me every step of the way was endearing. Thank you!
