The new high tech x-ray device is more annoying and uncomfortable than the old system.

I am always very nervous about going to the Dentist as I had a very horrible experience when I was younger. However once I am there and see the Dr. I feel more at ease. She knows how to talk to me, to make them feel comfortable about being there.

I couldn't be happier in the professional manner and friendlyness of the entire staff.

Every question was answered in a straight forward way, allowing me to make the correct decision for my dental plan.

Service was great. Dentist is really nice. I haven't felt good since my last appt. Don't know if it has anything to do with fillings i had done. My face is tensed up. My ears feel like they want to pop and my mouth won't stop salivating. If this could be beacuse of the new fillings please call me.

Staff and Dr very friendly as always, but this time I was given xrays (apparently done every 3 years)and it hurt! I've never had any problems before and I don't ever remember having this set of xrays, but the xray sensor was actually cutting the bottom of my mouth and the hygeinist kept insisting that I keep trying to bite down, but I literally couldn't. I finally asked if we could just skip it and she said we could not. I was close to tears when she told me it was the smallest sensor they had - at this point I felt bad for the children that needed them (I'm 29) and kept trying to keep it in my mouth - I finally had to hold it in place myself for it to work.. The xrays alone took 30 minutes. Rest of visit was great. NOt sure if the sensors were something new or if hygeinist was new and unfamiliar with them?
