I had my six month cleaning appointment at which time the hygienist took x-rays of my mouth. I saw Dr. Matt Loeppke. He informed me that the x-ray showed a cavity in my upper left tooth and that I should schedule an appointment to have it taken care of. I was quite suspicious since I recently had a cavity filled in my upper right end tooth. I knew that I would be moving because I was getting married. I requested my records and took them to another dentist. The dentist reviewed the x-rays and even re-x-rayed those end teeth to discover that there were no visible cavities. It's really sad when a dentist has to drill holes in healthy teeth to make a buck. I recommend that you seek a second opinion when you are informed that you need a cavity filled, especially, when you have no pain. Patient beware!
It seems that at Midwest Dental there is a high turnover of dentists. Every time I would be seen by a different dentist.

Out of all the business establishments I've encountered since my move to Wisconsin, I have to say, the Midwest Dental office is one of the best. I enjoy my visits to the office. The staff are always so warm and welcoming. They are always glad to see you, and seem genuine to have you as a customer. I'm glad I chose this office for all of my dental care. I think they are all awesome people. God bless you all.

Deb always does a great job cleaning my teeth. I have had check-ups in other offices before where my teeth didn't feel any cleaner when I left. She does a thorough job and has helped keep my mouth healthy. I love the way my teeth feel when I leave. (Unfortunately there are some other dentist offices that don't do a very good job of cleaning or educating patients--poor cleanings and patient hygiene can result in serious gum disease.)

The dental service was excellent. No waiting for assistance and the dentist and assistant explained everything. First time meeting this Dentist and he was very knowledgable and through.
What I did not like was being charge $125.00 for something that should not have happened and for sloppy work from there first cown work and then having to pay for it a thrid time. That is not right.

The Care, the patients, and the overall information that Doc. Mat gave me before begining his work was very important.
He took the time to listen to me and performed his work in a skilled manner.
His explenations prior to perferming what needed to be done is very important giveng the pros and cons. All residece should do as well.

Deb always does a good job with the cleanings. X-rays are quite uncomfortable but she is quick and tries to minimize the discomfort.
I really wish they wouldn't switch dentists all the time. It's always someone new and each dentist seems to come up with a differnt treatment plan. This makes me wonder if the work is actually that necessary.
The office always looks clean and the staff members are friendly.

If I was rating my 1st appointment it would be 0 stars. After checking in and sitting in the waiting room for over 30 minutes I again went to the counter only to find out that I had been forgotten and they had no idea when someone would be able to see me. I showed up for my 2nd appointment and still had to wait 20 minutes to be seen.
