Lots of preliminary paperwork upon first visit, some redundant. Jadie was very professional and nice with tests. Quick optical exam. However once I was handed over to the opticians I was given two tiered pricing. Why was this not explained at the front desk before e actual exam? "Cash" was a lower priced option while other than cash was priced higher (for the same exam- really???). I told them I felt I was a part of the old shell game, where you had to guess which bean was under which shell. Hmmmm. I then selected a frame with the appropriate lens that I wanted. Then the wait of 15-20 minutes for the tech to enter the order. Because if the long wait & the fact that my prescription had not changed, I canceled, paid the "cash" exam price and left. Doubtful I will ever go back. it isn't I can't afford it, I just felt like I was being "handled". And honestly, who needs that?
