Manager (Kevin) refused to change oil in my car due to a tick in my engine. This tick has been there for years and McKay's at Budde Rd. has changed it many times before. Needless to say my experience with this shop was not only upsetting but cost me to take it to another shop to change the oil. The car is still performing as always and dependable for me. McKay's is no longer dependable and all my colleagues, friends and family will know this.

Took my truck in for a squeaking belt which had already been replaced by the same shop. This time they tell me that it is the tensioner and the pulley, so they replace it. I pick it up and crank it and it makes the exact same noise. So, they replace the belt again. So, it took three trips to fix a common serpentine belt replacement on a Chevy Suburban. Very inefficient.
