First off, I paid for a 60 minute massage and my massage only lasted 40 minutes. When I pointed this out to the therapist, she said the remaining time was for me to get undressed/dressed. She did not enter the room until 5:10, and the massage was over at 5:50. Also, I did not want to add the hot stones on to my massage, but I felt the receptionist pushed me to do it. That experience was not enjoyable at all. Instead of a massage, all I got was hot rocks barely being rubbed on my skin after I told her I liked medium pressure. Lastly, I told both the receptionist and the therapist that my upper back gave me a lot of trouble and that I would like for her to focus on that area. Not only did she not even massage my back, she only rubbed the hot stones on it for about 3 minutes. I was very disappointed in the whole experience, and I will not be returning.
