In for a simple state and emissions inspection. Was greeted by name in the wait line, also by the inspection tech.
Better than average wait time, Check out processing was complete, accurate and friendly.

The people were very friendly and quite helpful with my emissions test and decal renewal. I also got information regarding the 60k miles maintenance work that needs to be done which seemed very reasonable.

The dipstick was apparently broken during my oil change. They did not inform me of this and I only discovered it when I got home that evening and was checking to ensure there were no leaks and there was adequate oil in the engine. The upper half of the plastic dipstick handle was sitting loose in the tube and the lower portion of the plastic handle was still in the tube (with the metal part of the dipstick still attached). Otherwise, they were very prompt and did a very good job. I have used them previously and will continue to use them in the future. This was unfortunate, but it did happen.
