I've been very happy with checkup/cleaning service for years until the last visit. The same hygienist, but it seems over time, she doesn't do the work as detailed as before. I could not the polishing process was not 100% covering all the teeth. The flossing is done for just one side. Not sure if she forgot or become careless after years of experiences. She did a careful/detail job before when she just got out of school. Btw, the dentist is doing a good job though.

Very nice staff and office. Can't comment on how the backend/billing insurance goes but tthe visit/appointment went very smoothly.

First impressions are important, and Dr. MacKay and his staff made a great first impression with me. I’m not one to like to go to the dentist but I was made comfortable during my whole visit. As a new patient so far I’m pleased with the decision of selecting MacKay Dental Care as my primary dentist.

Thanks for the Cold Stone ice cream cards, and thank you for squeezing me in the schedule after the x-rays to fill my cavities as we travelled from Wyoming to for our check-ups, and didn't have to make another appointment to have them filled. Will continue coming to this dental clinic.

As this was my first experience there i can easlily say it was best experience I have had at a dentist. The online forms and reminders kept me on time and saved me from having to miss too much work from sitting in the office filling out forms. Everything was explained perfectly and knowledgeably.
