Car was misdiagnosed, it was brought to the customers attention. Customer was credited and only charged for actual repairs. Made many attempts to clarify repairs with customer with no returned phone calls.

I've recently serviced my 06 GTI 2.0 FSI with MF for the second time. My first experience was great, I had my drivers side HID bulb replaced. The second time was a checkup and oil change before I hit the road for a long trip and they found I needed some work. They quickly replaced a wheel baring that was becoming worn out and even gave me a discount for displaying their shop sticker.

The people at MF are helpful and they do great work. I know they have to order parts but I wish the cost could be a little less, i guess it like they say you get what you pay for.

MF pinpointed the cause of my son's Jetta's exhaust leak in a timely manner. The leak was due to another company's exhaust work on the vehicle. With the information from MF we were able to have the work redone at know cost to us. Great job MF!
