MF Automotive was founded by Matt Ford in 2000. Dedicated to provide a professionally owned and operated full service shop for Volkswagen and Audi vehicles. MF Automotive strives to provide the best service in the Knoxville area for all Volkswagen and Audi makes and models.
MF Automotive is a full-service auto repair and preventive maintenance center. We are conveniently located for your service and maintenance needs and we are qualified to repair and service all Volkswagens and Audis using parts that are equal to or exceed the standards of those parts originally used by the manufacturers. Car was misdiagnosed, it was brought to the customers attention. Customer was credited and only charged for actual repairs. Made many attempts to clarify repairs with customer with no returned phone calls.

I brought my car in for an oil change and air conditioner service. Wes checked 2-3 times on the status of the AC repair. He explained that the mechanic put dye in the refrigerant to check for leaks. I brought the car back the next day so they could double-check. I've done business with MF for several years. They care that the car is fixed correctly when it leaves the shop. I won't take my VW anywhere else.
