The actual Dentist here is good at her profession, dentally speaking, but the lack of communication about the procedures I underwent is a huge setback for them. I feel there is not enough oral communication between the patient and the actual dentist doing the work. I was left guessing most of the time and using the internet as a source for what should have been a patient dentist conversation. The dental assistants, weren't much help either. I think the one I spoke with didn't have a very good grasp of the English language and did not understand my questions or concerns. I ended up going back the next week just to make sure my work was healing properly, again, no one called, no one told me anything clear, they did not explain the post op instructions very well. I did get a print out of general tooth hygiene and what not to eat but again, no real answers. It felt like I was in a hospital emergency room and the doctor on call was going from bed to bed making sure no one has died. There were that many clients waiting for the one dentist to get to them. I will not be going back to this location and quite possibly not using Lovett Dental at all. The office staff were pleasant enough though, especially the receptionist but other than that, there really is not a whole lot to say about this place other than, "Look for another dentist if you are expecting a good experience."
