I've been there twice now & it was 1.5 hours each time for getting my teeth cleaned. (I typically do not have any other issues & just need a cleaning every 6 months).

Everything was fine except for the initial wait of 40 minutes for anything to happen (nothing for kids to do in the waiting room.....), I just wish offices would schedule things better, we have lives too..

Office is very clean and modern, dentist is friendly, and each exam table has it's own tv which is nice. However, wait times are loooong! My spouse and I have been 4 times and each time it took about an hour just to be called back!

I had to wait for 35 minutes for my appt. For some reason, it really bothers me when I am required to wait for more than 10 or 15 minutes at any doctors office, but it is even worse when it is the dentist. It makes me wonder if I would have been seen if I just decided to show up 35 minutes late for my appt. I have been to Lovett a number of times and it seems as though the running of the office is slipping each time I have gone.

I scheduled an appointment for a check-up and cleaning. My appointment time was 3.00, but i didn't see a dentist until 4.30. The check-up took about 10 minutes, then I waited another 20 minutes for the dental assistant to polish my teeth. He was obviously I'll, coughing and sneezing while he peered into my wide-open mouth. The manager came in and explained that "everything will be covered 100% by your insurance, but fluoride, if you choose to get it, will be $26." When I approached the desk on my way out, the clerk said this was incorrect and charged me a co-pay. In short, absolutely nothing went right at Lovett Dental on my last visit, and I will definitely not be going back.

I have been there two or three times now for cleaning and it took two to three hours to get in and out. This is way too long. Either you are over committed on clients or understaffed to ensure there is a reasonable time for visits.

On July 29, there was a wait of 1 hr for the pediatric dentist. It was a bit annoying because the front desk receptionist did not say anything until another customer asked. It would have nice if the front desk receptionist had informed those who were there to see the pediatric dentist. In doing so, I believe we would have been a little more understanding.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Doisy-Fann and have enjoyed her as my dentist the last few years, however the new dental assistant who worked with her left me feeling very ill at ease and in lots of pain after being prepared for a bridge. He coughed on me repeatedly and his inexperience on the job was very evident, which left me feeling worried about what my temporary bridge would like and if my bone graft would take. I was correct, my temporary bridge looks nothing like my teeth and my mouth aches non-stop. My dental appointment was four days ago and there is a gaping hole between my tooth and the gum line.

Katee is fantastic. She is the first person I've met since I moved here two years ago that really understand my type of hair and how to cut it. Beyond being talented, she listens well. All staff are always pleasant. I don't remember the young lady who did my wash and prepped me, but she too did a fantastic job. Everyone complements everyone and you can really tell there is a team atmosphere. It's a wonderful experience. Good work to the owner for paying attention to training and providing excellent customer service.
