Terrific experience all around. From Check-in to Check out, everyone was professional & understanding. Had an issue with insurance plan, but Lovett was willing to work with me, so my time was not wasted. I was very impressed with how each step of my visit was explained in detail, before any action was taken. By far, head & shoulders above any Dentist office I have ever visited.

Received a quick appointment. Sally was great and verified coverage quickly.

Just moved from Irving, TX where I was happy with my dentist, so it is always hard to find another really good one.

I first experience was very organized, not much delay and good info from the dentist.

I would recommend this office to my friends.

They wanted to charge me 560 usd after inssurance coverage for the services I needed

I asked them to do profilaxis and they said no period

They sent me back home the same as i arrived

They took x-ray

That means they they will be charging my inssurance company and my teeth did not improved

I am totaly disappointed

Everything is about the Money and not customer care

Definiteky I will look for another dental clinic

For the most part, almost everyone was friendly. I was very surprised by the disregard of customer service by one employee. She was just down right unpleasant and rude. I was already nervous because my child was about to have major dental work done, and she didn't put forth an ounce of energy to smile or even be pleasant. My child was given a sedative and asked to go to the restroom then sit in the lobby for 20 minutes. After going to the restroom and sitting down in the chair next to me for maybe 3 minutes, my child just fell forward out of the chair. Luckily, I was right next to him and able to quickly get him back up quickly. In my opinion, if a young child is given a sedative so strong to completely knock him/her out within 10 minutes, they should be allowed to remain in the chair after taking it, to avoid the risk of injury. The employee gave me no warning at all of the possibility of my child being completely knocked out without any warning. After I asked her what I should expect after the procedure, she replied with, "Haven't you ever had dental work before?" My son was very nervous, and she didn't smile at us once. It broke my heart to see the way that she ignored him. I don't think that a waiting room with a table and chairs is the safest place for a 5 year old to sit and wait after being given a sedative for the first time. Because of this experience, I will not bring my child there again.
