I believe I recieved the best care possible for the bad situation I was in. The dentist, assistant and other help were righting top of the issue and very professional.

We are new to the area I set up appointments for my daughter and myself. My daughter was the first appointment of the day for them and they acted like they were already sick of children. They had her crying and scared within 30 seconds and did not attempt to ease her discomfort one bit, they remained aloof, harsh, and hostile with her the entire appointment. Two weeks later and after multiple follow up I am still waiting on answers to questions regarding recommended procedures on my daughter, 2 items were discussed with me by the dentist, but the quote is for about 12 additional items.

My personal visit the following week went very well. I would absolutely not recommend them for Pediatric dentistry one bit. Based on their non responsiveness it looks like I will have to go to a new dentist and get exams all over again, which will then be an out of pocket expense because insurance isn't going to cover a second set of exams and xrays in such a short period of time.

This review is for Levi and Wyatt Ellis (15 mths old). This was there first visit to the dentist. I am a full-time working mother with a full-time working husband. I was told this particular doctor only see's patients at this location on Fridays from 9-1. I booked the 9 am appointment well in advance. The day of the appt we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before the doctor saw us. I went to the front desk at 9:45 asking where the doctor was. The front desk (a female with long blonde hair) stated that the doctor does not usually show up until 9:30 or 9:45. I said my appt was at 9:00 a.m. She said well we tell you when you make your appt that there is going to be an hour wait because of all the paperwork you have to fill out as a new patient. I told her that I filled out all the paperwork online ahead of time. She said the doctor was on his way. My mother was with me helping me and she said she spoke to one of the employees in the back and she stated "I hate working for this doctor. He is always late". The doctor finally showed up in our room at 10:15 and barely said under his breath that he was sorry and that he lives far. I will never come back to this facility again. I work in the healthcare profession and I would never treat a customer/patient this way. This doctor has no respect for a patients time. Especially if this is something he does on a regular basis according to his staff. By the way the doctors name is Dr. Vajahatyarr-Kahn.

I had my appointment in the morning of Friday. Once I got there the place was full (lots of children). I thought it was clinic for children. Despite waiting for about 90 minutes, they could not provide me service and asked me to get back in the afternoon at 4 pm! I accepted. The afternoon was less busy. Overall, the service at 4 pm was fast but I was not impressed with the experience and service.

I do remember offering you the choice of returning with no wait and no children in the waiting area as they end the day at 2pm. I am so happy you were able to return and be able to be in and out. I have been going to Lovett for a while, and always have a positive experience. However, my last visit, with a new doctor, was less than satisfactory. I was really disappointed, especially since my experience has been so good the last few times. My new Dr, who I think was dr. Silve, was nice, but not very gentle. Also, being that I have very sensitive teeth and gums, I was very uncomfortable during my cleaning because the drill that removes the plaque was really close to my gums and I was in a lot of pain. I kept tensing up and she sped up my cleaning so fast, that it took about 8 minutes (I timed it) to do my entire cleaning. Also, upon inspection when I got home, I still had a lot of plaque buildup along my gum line. VERY disappointing. I wish she was more gentle and accommodating and took more time. Besides that, I had to wait FOREVER to get in. The only positive part about this was that I received a free whitening tray. WILL not be returning ever, or recommending anyone either.

We have been using All Pets Animal Hospital and Dr. Pat Choyce for over 20 years and have been extremely happy with the care he has given to our pets. We had even contacted him while living overseas to seek advice on our two cats who had become ill. He was very helpful and mentioned that he would be available for us anytime we needed once we brought them back to The States. We always know that our pets will be taken care of with compassion and professionalism by an excellent veterinarian with extensive knowledge and a dedication to providing the best possible care. When we needed a referral to an animal orthopedic specialist, Dr. Choyce sent us to an expert in this field and we were very pleased with the surgeon. While All Pets is in the high price range, we know that the treatments and in-house diagnostic equipment are worth it. Our animals are too precious to us to give them anything but the best quality care. The fact that the veterinarians are available 24/7/365 is extremely important to us. Knowing that they are there when we need them is very reassuring.
