I called the office with a toothache. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate me when it became apparent I needed a lengthy procedure.

The ladies were very nice. And the time was quick. The only thing I would like different is to be able to go into the room with my child. As a mother I can help calm him down when he gets scared.

Would give a No Star review if I could and would upload the pictures we took of the horrible conditions a this location if it were an option. Lovett Dental at 20135 Highway 59 North Ste A, Humble, TX 77338 - I was so disgusted by the state of the carpets in this office that I hesitated to even let my daughter walk on them much less get on the floor and play with the toys provided. The carpet in the downstairs waiting room was filthy. There were food particles and stains all over it. The carpet in the upstairs waiting room was even worse and this was the room where they expected the children to play with the toys provided. The bathroom had no changing table, at a pediatric dentist! The offices were cluttered and in complete disarray. All of the toys provided were dirty and broken. The stuffed animals looked as though they had been pulled out of a dumpster. I was appalled at the state of this office! The dental chairs were lined up all in a row and the dentist shifted from one to the next without any real consultation or introduction. So my daughter, who had never been to a dentist before, got to see a nine year old freak out while getting a cavity drilled. Great introduction! We will never return and urge anyone thinking about visiting this location to go elsewhere!

I liked that we were seen in a fast manner and the doctor and nurse took the time to explain the procedure in detail to me.I'd only change the way front desk greet people. I'll be nicer if they could do it w a smile and looking to people's faces.

My son is scare of dentists,but here he is more relaxed and trust the dentist. tku so much for the great job you all provide and patients, I'm a happy mom

Treated my three year old well. However, I believe that the sedation juice is too strong for children. For hours my child could not walk right, was talking slurred, and was even hallucinating. Maybe something less strong should be used.

Love it Ortho suggest that I have front bottom tooth pulled and he promised he would close it ASAP along with front gap and he did just that. Had braces for 2 months and both gaps r closing. Staff is learning but Doc is good about teaching. All are friendly, service is quick and gentle. Doc An has made good on his promises with me. Love it
