The office staff was absolutely wonderful however we were not notified that our appointment with Dr Balda was changed to Dr H. (That is understandable since some emergency mustve came up). However both of us did not like Dr H's personality and dont believe her heart is in the job. The entire office staff's helpfulness definitely made up for her though

People at the front desk are always kind and energetic. I don't remember any names specifically but generally the staff is very nice at Lossman. I also like the fact that country music is always in the background.
