I can honestly say that the experience at Longwood Dental Group is superb and one-of-a-kind!From checking in to checking out, the staff was welcoming, accommodating, and professional. Even though I was a new patient visiting the practice for the first time, I immediately felt like a member of the "family". The dental hygenist was efficient, knowledgable, personable, and professional. The dentist was not only prompt, but very knowledgable as well with regards to the various questions that I posed to her. And, upon checking out, the office administrator personally thanked me for joining the practice. The environment is clean, state-of-the-art, modern, and professional. I am thrilled to have finally found my new dentist's office at Longwood Dental Group!

Office was clean nicely decorated, good dental cleaning. However, wait time was 40 minutes. I showed up 15 minutes early to my appt, and four people came in after me and were all taken back before me, and all I was having done was a cleaning. This seems inappropriate.

The staff here continues to be kind, competent, and extremely accommodating. Today they went out of their way to coordinate a complicated procedure involving several specialists so that it may be executed fully and successfully in a single day.

As always, Dr. Newburg and his assistant, Susan, were excellent.
Dr. Newburg is very gentle and pleasant. The procedure was done very efficiently and quickly. I always feel like I'm in good hands with Dr. Newburg and his excellent staff.
