I received a gift card and written in it stated aromatherapy 90 min massage and ocean mist pedicure. In parentheses it said $234. At checkouthe the cashier tells me its 260 plus gratuity. I explained that my gift card was to cover the cost of the services. She asked if I had the other part that was written in. I handed it to her and she didn't know why that was. After sitting there not very happy she tried negotiating a 10% discount. I was still not pleased as this was not my fault. Finally she gave me a 20% discount, which still cost me money. She acted as if she did me a favor. I am very unhappy with the situation and it took away from any enjoyment and relaxation this experience should have given. I would expect better customer service from this establishment. To top it off, I was told to complimentary valet, after getting in my car, the attendant sat there waiting for a tip. When he finally walked away he said to his Co worker, 3 in a row ...no tip. How unprofessional. I am still in shock as I've been to the Don several times before and have never had this type of disappointing service.
