Lifetime Dentistry has an office manager who is rude and disrespectful to patients. This is unfortunate. We will find another dentist due to the poor customer service skills of this office manager. She would not even allow me to speak to someone else about the situation when I saw her poor attitude and claimed she was the only one I could speak to. Because of this I cannot recommend them.

I appreciate the friendly and professional staff at Lifetime Dentistry. I truly believe they are a great family dental practice. I am so happy we have found Dr. Austin & his staff - I always tell my family & friends when they ask for a referral! Never a problem making appointments :)

The staff always greet you with a smile and know you them moment you walk in the door. Everyone is very courteous and very concerned with patient comfort. I never knew going to the dentist would be so much fun!

A very pleasant experience. No pain, and Dana did such a good job cleaning my teeth. Everything was about me, me, me. I would recommend them to anybody. I really do like Dr. Kim, also, although I don't get to spend as much time with him.

after receiving multiple text, emails, phone call reminders to show up for my dental appt. apparently no one did the same for the dentist because he was a no-show! Lucky the oral hygienist knows her business but does this qualify for a discount or at least picking up the insurance co-pay?!? LOL
