Donna was awesome this morning. Todd on the other hand . . . I don't know. He has hassling poor Donna and kept on talking about his chicken ranch . . . WHAT ? I think that office is having way too much fun. I do miss Sharon though. I wish she would come back.

Donna is the best hygienist who has ever cleaned my teeth

I have a deep-seated, irrational fear of and aversion to any dental work that involves vibrations on my teeth - Donna employs every imaginable measure to avoid my being exposed to such. She cleans my teeth manually avoiding using the much more effective and expedient high-speed apparatus. She is pleasant and professional and I never sense that she is in a rush although I suspect that she stays booked with back-to-back appointments most of the time. Did you know that she has a Master's degree in Dental Hygiene? I have been to other hygienists in my 50+ years and, I think partly due to my skittish nature where dental work is concerned, have sensed from them everything ranging from thinly-veiled irritation to outright disgust. Donna may be irritated that I am undoubtedly in the "high-maintenance" category but, if she is, it isn't apparent to me. Ditto the above re: how I feel about Dr Pfeiffer (and Melissa).

Very caring staff. I had chronic pain in my neck for 2 years. Saw a Dr, physical therapist, chiropractor. Still had the pain. Dr. Pfeiffer took an x-ray and diagnosed me with TMJ. Michelle in the office made a mouth guard for me and now the pain is gone.
