I had a wonderful experience. My poor hair is chemically damaged so it is going to take some work but Dena was very honest and upfront. She didn't try to promise me some miricale or instant fix. It was really great and relaxing.

The Lemongrass staff is always friendly. I have to give them extra props though. My regular stylist was out sick and the other team members joined in to keep my appointment and make me feel special. I appreciate that kind of cohesiveness. They are always friendly and professional but they went above and beyond to make my experience thoroughly enjoyable!
