The Lemongrass staff is always friendly. I have to give them extra props though. My regular stylist was out sick and the other team members joined in to keep my appointment and make me feel special. I appreciate that kind of cohesiveness. They are always friendly and professional but they went above and beyond to make my experience thoroughly enjoyable!

My experience was very good. The receptionist offered ice water or iced tea when I arrived. The tea was refreshing. I was also treated to soothing hand lotion/massage while I was getting my hair shampooed.

Deena was great. I came in needing a haircut to "fix" what had been done at a previous salon. She went through and discussed my hair at length (no pun intended). She definitely took her time analyzing and cutting my hair and the results were wonderful. I will definitely be back!

Extremely pleased with my visit. Julianne was excellent. Listened to what I wanted and made sure to do exactly that. So happy with this cut! Great guest service- I felt right at home.
