I've been to ladies and gents plenty times before, however; I've never been soo disappointed at the service until last night.. My appt was set for 4pm, I did not leave until 8:10. I wanted a retouch on my roots. My roots weren't even a full inch,, I specifically stated that I do NOT want to leave the salon with yellow in my hair! Sadly I left with yellow everywhere. Also whn making my appt over the phone I was told for a senior stylists my retouch service would be $70, but when I sat down with the stylist, she tells me it's gonna be $90. I'm thinking this would be so embarrassing if I only brung $70 luckily had extra cash for my lunch. Now the price from booking over the phone and actually speaking with the stylists are totally different this has happened to me on a numerous of occasions... Back to my service; while I'm getting my hair tampered with by 3-4 different stylists (I hate to have soo many people in my hair) I'm getting more and more nervous, and frustrated hours are passing all I'm thinking about is hurrying up the process, pay and leave. I also had prior commitment to attend at 9pm, I did not make it. I literally almost cried (lol) I was still willing to pay even after my terrible experience. I've been going to ladies and gents for almost 4yrs an have never been so disappointed, it sucks because everytime I left ladies and gents I received so many compliments on my color and I would brag literally brag like "oh yea ladies and gents n legacy does my color". But this has changed bragging rights totally. Me personally when mistakes are made with sevices, I tend to brush it off and try again and hope that the mistake doesn't happen again but when it comes to services done on my hair I never give the stylists a second chance..

Although I had a bad experience, the stylist made me feel very comfortable when I first got there but then towards the end she just kinda left me for dead. She didn't even apologize she just kinda said I'm gonna leave this toner on you and so and so will check you while I cut my next client. So I was passed to someone else and they brought me back to the styling chair and the original stylist tht I had she was assisting with her next client but we looked at each other in the mirror and for some reason I was looking for an explanation but she just turned her head at me....
