So I have been going to L&G on and off for years. I started when the customer service was the reason I go, now I go Bc of my stylist and her hours. The days of walking in, getting help on the products from someone else are long gone. I went to legacy on my day off, probably looking much more casual then my daily attire of suit and professional attire, but it was my day off and frankly it shouldn't matter. I was in the area and had to exchange a product. Last time I bought 2 conditioners vejrsus a shampoo and a conditioner. My thinking, one place, one brand, should be no problem. Well, it was done but not without a sigh, an eye roll, and the best, "we will make an exception this time for you but yoo really should have went to mentor." Your place is NOT cost effective and yes I love Meghan, but that is just unacceptable in my opinion when you preach customer service as your motto.
