MY EXPERIENCE WITH KONIKOFF DENTAL PRACTICE ON LYNNHAVEN PARKWAY WAS EXCELLENT. THE STAFF FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE DENTAL HYGIENIST WAS EXCELLENT. DR. MIRANDA WAS ALSO EXCELLENT. EVERYONE AT KONIKOFF DENTAL ON LYNNHAVEN PARKWAY HAD A WONDERFUL PERSONALLY AND WAS HAPPY TO SERVE ME WITH A SMILE.

My last visits that I have had there has be trouble. First everytime I go for anything it's always you need a crown. I received the first temporary crown which gave me problem before I got the perament in which I went back on 3 different times complaining about pain but Doc Campbell stated that it was the adjustment in which I ended up with getting a root canal. Keep in mine that these teeth were okay until the crown comes along. I have had gum surgery because of the first crown because of her trying to figure out what was wrong with the tooth so it ended up damaging my upper right gum. Beside this I had to go get a root canal. Drilling a hole in a gold crown that I had just paid $1200 dollar for in then had to pay another $1000.00 for a root canal. Now this was the first tooth on my right side. I went back again for work on my left side once again Doc Campbell you need a crown. Another $1200.00 for a gold crown that I had to get a hole drilled in for a root canal. I went back several times with the temporary complaining but she alway say it something like the glue or it needs an adjustment. Now another $1000.00 dollars on top of the $1200.00 for the crown. If you do the math this is over $4000.00 it's cositing me for her mistake because it seems like the crown is her money maker. Why should I be paying for gold when 2 days later I need a root canal. I just had a root canal that cost 1000.00 but I am still getting letter in the mail stating that I own u 199.00. This is not right because I could not even pay for not one of the gold crowns before the had to drill hole in them. At this point in time what would you do? I think this has been unfair to me the client all the way around.

They are always so nice. I can go back to the chair without my Mommy. I get to dig in the treasure chest for doing a good job. I love Konikoff Dentistry!
