My husband and I were impressed the moment we walked into Dr. Pasquinelli's office. It was very clean and organized. The magazines were current. The room where we saw the Dr. was very clean and modern with all the latest equipment. Dr. Pasquinelli came into the room after the nurse asked questions, took my vitals, and took unflattering pictures of my mouth and immediately made us feel very comfortable. He found a common ground about which to talk: traveling in Italy.
We listened to his explanations of what I was facing. He made the entire process (surgery on the top and bottom of my mouth) seem far less frightening than what I had conjured up in my head over the past several years. "I'll never do that!"
Knowing that Dr. Pasquinelli has practiced for 30 years and was taught by my dentist at UCSF Medical Center, I am more relaxed and comfortable about my surgery this summer. The unknown can always make one afraid. Knowledge is power. See you in July, Kirk!
