My son seen doctor Jerome Bistritz, DDS very unprofessional, rude, didn't have the time of time for us. To concern if my insurance would cover his services. What a joke l, even told us my son orthodontist didn't do his job because my son still has his wisdom teeth. I have never been treated like this by a professional before. Thinking of reporting it to the medical board!!!! 2/20/15

I was looking for a new dentist after years of dreading going to my present dentist. This was my second dentist this summer, having walked out of the first waiting room. I am so, so incredibly happy that I found Dr. Alvarez and his staff. Everything was perfect, from the HGTV in the waiting room, to only waiting 15 minutes, to the smiles and personalities of the staff, to Dr. Alvarez's patient explanation of my dental health, to the woman who sat down with me to go over my treatment plan in detail, to the decorative style and cleanliness of the office...I could go on. I am thrilled and will be bringing both my sons to Dr. Alvarez.

I know ur only a dentist office BUT YOU are PROMOTING an amazingly offensive far left wing agenda by blatantly displaying MSNBC on the waiting room TV. I'm amazed that any public place would have this audacity. Its incredibly offensive to me and amazingly inappropriate.

Would you display rebel flags or tune to MTV or maybe Catholic mass all day? Of course not. These would be inappropriate displays for a public venue. I would urge that in these troubled times you display a deeper sensitivity and choose programing that is based in more of a middle ground. Honestly neither of the networks are acceptable. Perhaps a local channel or cooking or Gilligan's Island but please, not these loons on any left wing news channels. I sit there getting so upset that I can barely allow myself to lay in the Hygienist chair.
