The staff were all so friendly! From my hygenist to scheduling and payment, everyone was very encouraging, engaging, caring, and took the time to explain everything to me, from treatment to insurance. Actually looking forward to my next appointment, something, as a new patient to Dr. Frankel's office, I've never said about a dentist before!

I came in for a routine cleaning in extreme pain. The staff immediately changed everything around and Dr Frankel himself did a Root Canal right away. Everyone was compassionate and amazing (as always!)

The personnel was efficient and I was in and out fairly promptly. Maybe just a tad impersonal. I would have preferred to have been told more detail about what the technicians were doing instead of having things done without explanation. I didnt have any pain, but I did feel a little like I was just another mouth and not a person.

The staff is always so friendly! Always a painless experience. The hygienist clean my teeth with no pain and both of the fillings I've needed have been pain free also. I'm so glad I switched!

We have found most patients ask when are you going to start and we have already numbed the area. Unfortunately many patients are surprised.
