I want to start by saying I've used In and Out in the past and have been satisfied but that changed last visit when I sarted my car after service was performed and noticed immediately oil had not been put in my motor. This is inexcusable. Owner offered a free oil change but that doesn't help any engine damage that may have occurred. Owner also did not issue a respone to my email about the incident. I will not use them again.

We have communicated with Mr.Martin and will be adding MOA and 44K which comes with a lifetime engine oil protection. We do sincerely appologize for the incomplete service that was done. We have solved the matter by letting the technician go. We have and will always stand behind any work that will be performed on any vehicle serviced at this facility. In conclusion we will do out very best in the future to make sure this problem NEVER occurs again. Again we humbly appologize.

I have had no problems with the service department before yesterday. I was told that I needed a new battery and I said no because it was fairly new. They told me to go back to where I purchased because it would have a year warranty. I went back to where I had purchased, they tested and no problem. I'm concerned if this is going to be norm. Telling me I need things done and that not being the case.

My experience at BHD is always 5 stars! Gayla has been doing my hair for 15+ years and I would refer anyone I know to visit her. Kevin was at the wash bowl yesterday and he was great! I was so relaxed. Lana did my brow waxing, such a nice gal. The entire staff is so friendly. Thank you for another awesome experience!
