I have been to the Imperial many times and have always been happy with my experience but yesterday I was not happy at all. I scheduled a deep tissue massage and a traditional pedicure. The massage therapist said he thought it was a signature relaxation massage so I received the wrong massage. My pedicure was rushed, she did not wait for the red to dry enough so when she put the white on the red smeared into the white and it looked very messy. I plan to return for a massage again because I have been happy every other time but I will not return for a pedicure.

My husband mad me an appointment for pre mother's day present. I got the lovely package. I had amazing experience with Courtney with my massage setion . I had a good time with my facial i had peel , but the next day my face have burn spots , she told me I would have a flaky skin which I understand but burn spot shouldn't be there. My hair blow was like I let a six years old do it, I know I have curly hair',but my hair should look a little tame . The nails another bad experience My nails is still with extra skin and my feet was like never scrubed. The manager was very nice she tried to make sure things are ok, she seem very careing about every one and the salon. However, when I complained about the hair she told me ( she was rushing because we are behind the time ) . Over all it was nice people .

Experience was overal nice - the tea room could be more cozy and

perhaps no TV? The show on was really silly and of course no sound - just think ambiance would be better with no TV and make the

room a bit more comfortable

Computers were down, pretty stressful at first. Probably a one time occurrence. Every service was really great! Massage, hair, mani, pedi. I will be coming back.

Facal was by kim? kelly? (I dont remember her name) amazing! I also had a Pedi and I was not impressed :) I thought that was quite a bit of money for a 30 min pedi. i was suppose to be an hour but I spent most of the time in the "tea room" The next time I will try the one in Suntree!
