I was very impressed with the professional atmosphere at Ideal Image. Additionally, after my consultation, I was elated to be in a position to have my very first treatment! As an African American woman, I was please to receive treatment and not have to worry about damage to my skin, because they have a laser that works well with my skin tone.

I was extremely impressed by the awesome staff at Ideal Image. I went to my consultation feeling very nervous about what to expect, but after only a little time talking to Susan Gordon, I felt absolutely at ease, and excited to start! Susan was amazing. Both professional, yet easy to talk to. She went out of her way to find a package and payment plan that worked for my budget. SO very pleased with my experience. Thank you all so much!

I've had laser hair removal on my face. It has been so easy. The process is so quick and yes, does sting for only a moment! It was so worth it! No more waxing, no checking for stray hair, no more plucking! The facility is spotless. The staff has been absoluely wonderful. ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. It has been a great experience.
