Told them my daughter had a very loose tooth that had to come out but she was scared. Everyone has a phobia. This happens to be hers. Instead of taking his time with her, he had his nurse hold her head and YELLED at my 7 yr old to stop screaming! She did the only thing she could think of and pushed his arms. He YELLED at her again "Don't touch me!". Finally got the tooth out (after I had to hold her hands and sooth her). Then they decide "ok, now we can do the sealent". They gave her nitrous for the sealent. I wanted to know why they didn't do that 15 min ago BEFORE they pulled the tooth! Common sense people! I just hope this is not going to make her afraid of the dentist now.

I can say that it was NOT Dr Joh. I am not even sure what this Dr.'s name was. Dr. Joh was fantastic with her the last time we went. I will not go back unless we are going to see Dr Joh again
