Office staff is very pleasant and is very organized using the latest, up to date technology on notifications and appointment reminders. I feel they over book however leaving patients waiting to be seen for up to 15 minutes or more past their appointment time yet they want to charge if you no show for your appointment. I also do not appreciate, what I consider a poor response, from possibly the Office Manager. They called me after my daughter finished up her appointment wanting a payment. I was taken back by the cost of the appointment. When asked what they did, the response I got was "I sent you an email on the treatment plan". I never received the treatment plan therefore didn't agree to it. Come to find out, they had my old email address so the email would have bounced back but the Manager or whoever was speaking with me on the phone didn't comment on that at all. If they wanted to hold me to the "emailed" treatment plan, they should have required a response either via email or via text.
