I had some fillings to do. The receptionist had printed me out a work sheet of how much the fillings would cost. Thus I went to get my fillings done based on the price I was quoted. However, when the fillings were completed I was charged a higher price. What made me most upset was the receptionist was insensitive and rude. She told me some crap about it's anatomy and the Dr had more work to do than expected. So the service and priced changed. This woman don't know my financial situation, what if I did not have the extra money? The receptionist need an attitude adjustment. But the Dr and other staff members were Nice.

Copays will change if Dr. Dew has to do anything else that was not on the original treatment plan. Dr. Dew can't always determine how deep decay is until she is in the tooth.
