At first I thought they were wonderful. Then I had asked Abbey Dew if she did dental implants and she said yes, so I set up another appointment. Then the next appointment I find out I am going to get a bone marrow transplant but they don't do dental implants. So I got up to go and thought, no, I should say something. So Dr. Dew met me in her office and I said you told me you do bental implants and she said, no we don't do them here. Then I asked her 3 more questions to which she answered over and over again, you need to see a periodontist. I asked a 4th time to which she again said you need to see a periodontist. I was extremely humiliated that she kept repeating the same thing ever and over again. I heard her the first time . I was hurt and knew that I would have to look for another dentist. . It would have been nice if she had treated me with some compassion. We are real people seeing her and she could have told the truth and been professional. She acted like a robot repeating the same thing again and again. The woman that does the teeth cleaning is good, I will make a nice comment. . But Dr. Dew is not professional and, I believe, has no people skills.
