My experience was fantastic as usual. Michelle and the girls at the front desk friendly and really know their jobs. Julie is fantastic! This was my first work by Dr Dew (other than just checking after cleaning) she was great as well as her assistant. All and all the best experience one could have at the dentist. THANKS

I had some fillings to do. The receptionist had printed me out a work sheet of how much the fillings would cost. Thus I went to get my fillings done based on the price I was quoted. However, when the fillings were completed I was charged a higher price. What made me most upset was the receptionist was insensitive and rude. She told me some crap about it's anatomy and the Dr had more work to do than expected. So the service and priced changed. This woman don't know my financial situation, what if I did not have the extra money? The receptionist need an attitude adjustment. But the Dr and other staff members were Nice.

In all cases, we try our very best to give the best estimate of cost for services based on the doctor's treatment plan. Copays will change if Dr. Dew has to do anything else that was not on the original treatment plan. Dr. Dew can't always determine how deep decay is until she is in the tooth. We sincerely apologize that you felt uninformed. Your best interest is always at the forefront of our minds as we want to provide you with the very best. Dr. Dew and her assistant work very well together. Dr. Dew is very calm, very meticulous, does what she needs to do and then gets out. No nonsense talk. I drive from Statesboro because I respect her work and I like her staff so much. She is also great with managing pain, and I have never had to wait for an appointment to start. She does have a very busy schedule though!
