Veeeeery friendly! Super cool and knowledgable staff. Movies to watch while they conduct services! A+ I only recommend that they put their forms online so that patients can submit them PRIOR to arriving at their appt (and delaying start of it).

Great! The young dude that assists, he needs a raise. I appreciate the tv option but I'm not into it. He realized that and was really personable. Knows how to make customers comfortable outside of offering tv. Cory was really informative and isisted that I see what she was working in on. However, my referral, Veronica Doering, didn't receive her movie tickets that the guy at the desk said would happen.

I have been going to Aveda since my prom & a very loyal customer - even when I move Id find the closest Aveda... last time I came in my head was burned, hair damaged and terrible job done. My stylist must've been having a bad day, she had annoying attitude and instead of doing her job did the opposite... There are tons of salons I could go to in LA many cheaper and just the same quality as Aveda or some priced alike and MUCH better service. After that owner called to have me come in - very rude to her assistants... acted like a snob and STILL after 4 hours my hair looked nothing close to the color. I went to Salon Pure in Downtown and with a 2 hour fix it was all fine. IF the local AVEDA (which are all owned by that person unfortunately) got their act together myself, and my referrals would love to be there - the products are great and the service USED to be too.read more …
