Although your staff seemed very friendly and competent, my overall impression is that Greenway Dental has a business model similar to a new/used car automotive repair shop - Heavy emphasis on selling services while seeking a commitment for future business.
For example, some dentists encourage their patients to seek insurance if it appears they will need more extensive dental work. At Greenway, the person who presented my treatment plan emphasized the wisdom of avoiding private insurance (since they don't provide much coverage) while taking advantage of cash discounts being offered for the prescribed treatment.

We are in no way emphasizing that you avoid getting dental insurance, but we are only informing you of the need and necessity of doing your treatment at your earliest convenience to avoid further complications that may lead to infection or tooth loss. We are merely giving you options and alternative solutions. We are not in the business of dental insurance but our business is to maintain and promote your oral health.
